| June 24, 2005 I bought a home through Jim and Nancy Freeman last year and I am very happy with the service they provided me. I was new here with a daughter in high school. They helped me locate the best property and house in the Valley at that time. Jim and Nancy provided me with all of the contacts I would need such as utilities, schools, etc. They made sure everything in escrow went on schedule for a timely closing. Thank you guys so much! Another happy owner, Trish Good June 3, 2005 Mary and I just want to say that we really appreciate our real estate agent, Gary Hirst, at Freeman's Lakeside Realty. He was easy to be with, not pushy, and yet very helpful and caring towards our needs. We've got kids so we needed just the right amount of house and yard. We also cared about the schools. Gary was there for us. He even got us through all the paperwork and explained it as the escrow went along. If anyone is looking for a good agent, then give Gary a call. You won't be disappointed. Have a great day, Chuck and Mary Chambers May 25, 2005 I would just like to say that I found Jim and Nancy Freeman to be wonderful real estate agents. When I went looking for a place to live, they helped me every way they could and they did it with a lot of corny jokes. I enjoyed every one! I'm a senior citizen and have some limitations so I really appreciated all their expertise and helpfulness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for property in the Kern River Valley. By the way, I just LOVE living here. Sincerely, Willa Johnson To who it concerns, My name is Sarah Goodwin and I really appreciated Matt Freeman. He was my agent when I bought my house in Mt. Mesa. I moved here because of my sister who is sick. Matt is very outgoing, friendly, helpful. He's a very caring person. He took care of any problem during the escrow and kept me informed. Matt made me feel welcome in a new place. I recommend Matt to anyone who wants to move here and buy property like I did. You can give him a call at 760 379-5915. You won't be disappointed.
